Nicholas and his team worked on our house 2 months ago and it’s been mold-free since. Our home is pretty humid with poor ventilation at some spots so the mold got quite bad. We contacted a few firms but Nicholas impressed us from the start. He showed up on time and patiently measured our house humidity levels before discussing the options with us. We decided on anti-mold chemical treatment + repainting with his firm. My family moved out for a week. As with any home improvement project, there were a few hiccups along the way. It rained heavily that week and we were concerned the chemical solution wouldn’t dry in time for painting and so on. His team were punctual and knew their job. Nicholas kept us updated with messages and phone calls. He is a rare breed – a hardworking and responsible manager with integrity. He was always there to meet us when we returned to check on the progress and walked us through the details. We left them a moldy house and got back a mold-free and freshly painted home. After the handover, he offered more suggestions to prevent mold regrowth and we did our best to implement them.
